About CS Bilu Balakrishnan: Biluji a well known CS, is basically a B.Com (Rank Holder) Graduate, a Post Graduate in Financial Management (MFM), a Post Graduate in Human Resources Management (MHRM) and holds a LLB (Gen.). He is a Fellow Member (FCS) of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has qualified with passing grade Online Certificate Course in ‘Contracts Law’ from the prestigious Harvard University, USA through Edx, and also qualified with passing grade Online Certificate Course in ‘Innovation & IT Management’ from IIM, Bangalore through Edx (IIMBx).
He has 20 years of working experience as CS of leading companies. He was also heading the Corporate HR & Administration Department of a leading PSU for few years. Presently he is a Practicing Company Secretary at Bilu Balakrishnan & Co, Company Secretaries.
